Warranty Information
At Marquis we are committed to maintaining the highest standards in production methods and the quality of our furniture.
We offer a lifetime warranty on our hardware and we guarantee our product for life against any manufacturing fault that Marquis is responsible for. Some of our products or items used in production do have shorter warranty periods and they are listed below.

- Silestone tops — 25 years
- Dekton tops — 15 years
- Caesarstone tops — 10 years
- Timber tops — 7 years
- Symphony tops — 10 years
- Marquis acrylic tops — lifetime
- Monaco Grande tops — 10 years
- All polymarble basins and tops — 2 years
- All ceramic basins and tops — 2 years
- All solid surface basins — 1 year
- Mirrors and shaving cabinet doors — 1 year
- LED strip — 3 years
- Maxim Mirror — 3 years
- Commercial use — all products 1 year
Marquis warranty applies to the Marquis range of vanities, mirrors, shaving cabinets, furniture and kitchens manufactured. In the unlikely event that you identify a defect in the product that is attributable to manufacturing or materials, Marquis will rework or replace at our good will. (Please keep a copy of your proof of purchase).
Please ensure that the product is inspected before installation. If damage has occurred in transit and/or a visible defect exists, do not proceed with installation. Please contact the retailer you purchased the product from immediately. The warranty will be void if defective product is installed and damage occurs due to improper maintenance, miss handling, installation or use.
Marquis liability is limited to repair, replacing or a refund for the faulty goods, and it does not include installation and/or any other trades services. Products are manufactured with high quality moisture resistant materials but are not waterproof. Excessive water and sunlight exposure and other environmental conditions will factor in our guarantee assessment. All materials and componentry purchased by Marquis are of high quality and comply with Australian Standards.
Marquis cabinetry carries a Lifetime manufacturers warranty and proprietary items purchased by Marquis, including electrical (light fittings), hardware, bench tops and mirror glass, are not guaranteed by our company but will be subject to their manufacturer’s warranty.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
IMPORTANT
